Do you accept walk-ins?
We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time, but you're welcome to walk in and check availability.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer the appointment to another patient.
Do you offer emergency dental appointments?
Not at the moment — but emergency appointments will be available in the near future. Please call us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Do you accept private health insurance?
We accept all private health insurances. It will depend on your level of cover as to how much you insurance will cover for each procedure.
What whitening product do you use?
We use BEYOND MAX, a 35% hydrogen peroxide formula. This concentration is only permitted for use by AHPRA-registered practitioners, ensuring safe and professional results.
How old do I have to be for teeth whitening?
You must be 16 years or older to undergo teeth whitening.
Can I whiten my teeth if I'm pregnant or breast-feeding?
No — teeth whitening is not recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
Will I experience sensitivity?
Sensitivity varies from person to person. If it does occur, it typically lasts only a few hours and up to 24 hours at most. We use strictly dental-grade products with no long-term sensitivity.
Do I need a clean and check-up before my whitening appointment?
If you haven't had a clean within the last 12 months, you may not qualify for whitening on the day. We offer packages that include a dental clean to get you ready.
Can you whiten fillings or veneers?
Fillings and veneers don't lighten with whitening gel. However, we can still apply the bleach over them to remove surface stains and give them a refreshed appearance.
How long do results last?
Results typically last anywhere from 3 to 12+ months depending on your diet and lifestyle. We offer top-up packages so you can maintain your result every 3–4 months or as often as you like.
How often should I visit the dentist?
We recommend visiting every 6 months for a check-up and clean. Some patients may need more frequent visits depending on their oral health.
What happens during a check-up and clean?
Your appointment includes a comprehensive examination of your teeth and gums, X-rays if needed, a professional clean to remove plaque and tartar, and personalised oral health advice.
Do you offer clear aligners?
Yes - you can book in for a free consultation.
Do you offer cosmetic dentistry such as bonding?
Yes.

Yes! We offer free consultations and we can remove white spots without a drill.
